Do I need a license if I just use the program on my work computer?
If the results of your work are used by the company (reports, automation, website verification, etc.), then formally this is commercial use — a license is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can issue an invoice and accept payment by card or bank transfer. We will discuss the details when processing the license.
Do you provide closing documents?
Yes, upon request, we provide an invoice and proof of payment in a format that is convenient for you.
Can I purchase a license for several programs at once?
Yes, it is most advantageous to do this through All‐Tools Pack. If you have a special case, please write to us and we will select the format that best suits your situation.
Can I get a refund?
If the program does not suit you, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment. We consider such requests on a case‐by‐case basis.
