how to contact us
Contact SmallSoft
Here you can request a commercial license, a white-label version, discuss the development of a custom utility, or simply ask a question about our programs.
Send a request
Describe your situation in the simplest terms possible. It is not necessary to formulate the ideal technical specifications right away.
How to best describe a development task
If you are writing about the development of a custom utility, you can use a simple template. No technical terms are needed — common sense is enough.
Mini description template
- 1. What do you do?
A couple of lines about your field: agency, small company, freelance, department, etc. - 2. What is the problem?
What currently takes too much time or is done “manually.” - 3. What should the utility do?
For example: “takes files from a folder, sorts them, and generates a report.” - 4. What do you envision as the result?
A file, report, new folder structure, list of errors, etc.
Example of a vivid description
An example of how to formulate a request without using complex terms:
- “We are a small agency. We have a folder where employees store reports and scans. Over time, it becomes chaotic.”
- “We want a utility that takes files from the folder once a day, sorts them by date and type, and moves unnecessary files to the archive.”
- “The format and design are not important — the main thing is that it is stable and understandable to employees.”
If you need a license or White Label
For inquiries about licenses or White Label solutions, a short letter is sufficient.
Commercial license request
- Which program do you need (e.g., 404Finder or MassPDF)?
- How many people will be using the utility?
- Personal use, team, or company?
- Preferred option: Single / Team / Enterprise / All-Tools
After that, we will simply offer you a suitable option and price.
White Label Request
- What White Label utilities are you interested in?
- Do you plan to distribute the program to clients?
- Do you require extensive branding and feature customization?
- Do you need an approximate price range at the start?
Usually, the first response is format options and price ranges without any “hard” commitments.
